DBRS Discontinues Rating of N-45 First CMBS Issuer Corporation, Series 2003-1

DBRS has today discontinued the rating of the N-45 First CMBS Issuer Corporation, Series 2003-1 transaction, as the trust was terminated with the November 2013 remittance following the prepayment of the two outstanding loans in the transaction.
