DBRS Discontinues New York Community Bank’s Preferred Stock Rating

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has today discontinued and withdrawn the Preferred Stock rating of New York Community Bank, a subsidiary of New York Community Bancorp, Inc. (New York Community Bancorp or the Company). The rating was withdrawn at DBRS’s discretion and in consultation with the Company.

New York Community Bancorp’s other ratings, including its Issuer & Senior Debt rating of BBB (high) with a Stable trend, are unaffected by today’s action.
