DBRS Rates Magnum Films SPC Senior Secured Amortizing Term Loan

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has assigned a new rating of ‘A’ (sf) to the $108 million Magnum Films SPC senior secured amortizing term loan (“the Loan”) under the Credit, Security, Guaranty And Pledge Agreement. The Loan is secured by international film rights in, and related net receipts arising from, a library of theatrically released motion pictures.

The Loan has a five year maturity and a 15 year legal final maturity.
