DBRS Confirms Ratings on Village Roadshow Films (BVI) Limited

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has today confirmed the ratings to the following facilities issued by Village Roadshow Films (BVI) Limited:

• New Films Facility confirmed at ‘A’ (sf)
• Ultimate Facility Tranche A-1 confirmed at ‘A’ (sf)
• Ultimate Facility Tranche A-2 confirmed at ‘A’ (sf)

The collateral supporting the transactions is performing within DBRS expectations and available credit enhancement for each class is sufficient to cover DBRS expected losses.
