DBRS Rates Domain Media LLC Senior Secured Delayed Draw Notes

DBRS has today assigned a rating of BBB (sf) to the $50 million Domain Media LLC Series A Senior Secured Delayed Draw Notes and Series B Senior Secured Delayed Draw Notes (the Notes). The Notes will partially fund the production of made-for-TV films produced by affiliates of Larry Levinson Productions, Inc. (LLP) over a five-year funding period. LLP is a producer of mainstream U.S. made-for-TV movies and miniseries that have aired on Free TV networks such as ABC, NBC, CBS, TNT, Lifetime and The Hallmark Channel.

The Notes are secured by domestic and international distribution rights in the Pay TV, Free TV and Home Video markets. The Notes have a ten-year legal final maturity.
