DBRS Finalizes Provisional Rating on York University’s Debentures Issue

DBRS has today has finalized the provisional rating of AA (low) with a Stable trend on the $100 million aggregate principal amount of 4.458% Senior Unsecured 2014 Debentures issued by York University (the University) maturing in 2054. The debentures rank pari passu with all of the University’s other present and future unsecured and unsubordinated obligations.
