DBRS Rates Coca-Cola’s $1.0 Billion Senior Unsecured Notes Issue at A (high) with Stable Trend
ConsumersDBRS has today assigned a rating of A (high) with a Stable trend to The Coca-Cola Company’s (Coke or the Company) $1 billion floating-rate senior unsecured notes (the Notes) issuance.
The Notes mature on September 1, 2015, and will be senior unsecured obligations ranking pari passu with Coke’s other senior unsecured indebtedness. Net proceeds from the offering are expected to be used to repay the Company’s outstanding commercial paper and for general corporate purposes.
