DBRS Assigns Ratings to New Hampshire Health and Education Facilities Authority Adjustable Education Loan Revenue Bonds Series 2011A and Series 2011B

DBRS has today assigned ratings to the following series of bonds issued by the New Hampshire Health and Education Facilities Authority:

-- Series 2011A rated AA (sf)
-- Series 2011B rated AA (sf)

The bonds are backed by both private student loans and loans originated pursuant to the Federal Family Education Loan Program.

The above ratings take into consideration the credit quality of the pledged collateral and the available credit enhancement existing within the transaction structure. While the transaction includes an irrevocable direct pay letter of credit provided by Royal Bank of Canada (rated AA by DBRS), the above ratings do not reflect benefits from this form of credit enhancement.
