DBRS Discontinues the Ratings on the Series 1 Notes Issued by FADE, FTA

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) has discontinued the rating on Series 1 Notes issued by Fondo de Titulización del Déficit del Sistema Eléctrico, F.T.A. (“FADE”), due to repayment of the Series 1 Notes on 17 March 2014. The Series 1 Notes were previously rated ‘A’ (low) (sf) Trend Negative and it is now Disc.-Repaid.

The last rating action on this transaction took place on 28 February 2014, when DBRS assigned ratings of ‘A’ (low) (sf) to the EUR 225 million increase of Series 17 Notes and the EUR 125 million increase of Series 18 Notes.
