DBRS Rates Hydro One New Issue at A (high)

DBRS has today assigned a rating of A (high) with a Stable trend to Hydro One Inc.’s (Hydro One) issuance of CAD 125 million five-year Floating Rate Notes (the Notes), maturing March 21, 2019. The Notes settled on March 21, 2014.

The Notes will rank pari passu with all other unsecured and unsubordinated indebtedness of Hydro One and will be issued pursuant to the short form base shelf prospectus dated September 4, 2013, and a pricing supplement dated March 14, 2014.

Proceeds from the issue will be used for general corporate purposes.
