A Credit Estimate ("CE") is a private, limited assessment of a corporate debt issuer determined at an initial assessment date.1 This Credit Estimates Global Policy ("Policy") applies to all Morningstar DBRS Analytical Personnel globally and should be read in conjunction with the Credit Estimates Global Procedure.
