DBRS Confirms Ratings on JGWPT XXXI LLC Fixed Rate Asset-Backed Notes, Series 2014-1

DBRS has confirmed its ratings on the notes issued by JGWPT XXXI LLC Fixed Rate Asset-Backed Notes, Series 2014-1 as follows:

-- Series 2014-1, Class A confirmed at AAA (sf)
-- Series 2014-1, Class B confirmed at BBB (high) (sf)

The confirmation takes into consideration the addition of the prefunded collateral. The collateral additions are within the terms of the transaction and do not change DBRS’s expectations regarding performance.
