DBRS Rates Hydro One FRN Issue at A (high)

DBRS has today assigned a rating of A (high) with a Stable trend to Hydro One Inc.’s (Hydro One) issuance of CAD 50 million Re-opening of Floating Rate Notes (the Notes), maturing March 21, 2019. The Notes settled on May 14, 2014.

The Notes will rank pari passu with all other unsecured and unsubordinated indebtedness of Hydro One and will be issued pursuant to the short form base shelf prospectus dated September 4, 2013, and a pricing supplement dated May 9, 2014.

Proceeds from the issue will be used for general corporate purposes.
