DBRS Releases Report on Citizens Financial Group, Inc.

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has today released a new rating report on Citizens Financial Group, Inc.

Also, today DBRS has changed the names of RBS Citizens Financial Group, Inc. and RBS Citizens, National Association on its website to Citizens Financial Group, Inc. and Citizens Bank, National Association, respectively, reflecting the new legal names of these entities that took effect on April 16, 2014. The name change has no impact on the ratings.
