DBRS Rates Hydro One FRN Issue at A (high)

DBRS has today assigned a rating of A (high) with a Stable trend to Hydro One Inc.’s (Hydro One) issuance of CAD 53 million Re-opening of Floating Rate Notes (the Notes), maturing March 21, 2019. The Notes settled on June 24, 2014.

The Notes will rank pari passu with all other unsecured and unsubordinated indebtedness of Hydro One, and the proceeds from the sale of the Notes will be used for general corporate purposes.
