DBRS Assigns Provisional Rating to SoFi Professional Loan Program 2014-A LLC

DBRS has today assigned a provisional rating of “A” (sf) to the Class A-1 and Class A-2 Post-Graduate Loan Asset-Backed Notes issued by SoFi Professional Loan Program 2014-A LLC. The notes are expected to be issued in an aggregate amount of $251,000,000 and are secured by private student loans originated by SoFi Lending Corp.
