DBRS Confirms Ratings of Hertz Vehicle Financing II LP Series 2013-A and Series 2014-A

DBRS has today confirmed the ratings of the variable funding notes issued by Hertz Vehicle Financing II LP (HVF II) as follows:

-- Series 2013-A Notes at A (sf)

-- Series 2014-A Notes at A (sf)

The rating confirmation relates to DBRS’s review of certain amendments to the Master Exchange Agreement, including a change to the definition of a QI Parent Downgrade Event.
