DBRS Confirms General Motors Company at BBB (low), Assigns BBB (low) Rating to New Credit Facility and Discontinues Ratings of General Motors Holdings LLC

DBRS has today confirmed General Motors Company’s (GM Company) Issuer Rating at BBB (low) with a Stable trend and has assigned a BBB (low) rating with a Stable trend to GM Company’s new Revolving Credit Facility (the Facility). Concurrently, DBRS has discontinued the Issuer Rating and Secured Credit Facility Rating of General Motors Holdings LLC (in line with the cancellation of the former facility).

The Facility totals $12.5 billion, consisting of a three-year tranche in the amount of $5.0 billion and a five-year tranche in the amount of $7.5 billion. The Facility also includes a sub-limit in the amount of $4.0 billion for General Motors Financial Company, Inc. (rated BBB (low) with a Stable trend by DBRS).
