DBRS Assigns Provisional Ratings to SoFi Professional Loan Program 2014-B LLC

DBRS has today assigned provisional ratings of AA (low) (sf) to the Class A-1 and the Class A-2 Post-Graduate Loan Asset-Backed Notes (the Notes) issued by SoFi Professional Loan Program 2014-B LLC. The Notes are expected to be issued in an aggregate amount of $303,200,000 and are secured by private student loans originated by SoFi Lending Corp.
