DBRS Discontinues Rating on Dundee Properties Limited Partnership (Adelaide Place)

DBRS Limited (DBRS) has today discontinued the rating of the 4.795% Mortgage Loan due February 1, 2015, by a major Canadian financial institution in relation to Adelaide Place, as the loan was fully repaid on December 18, 2014.
