DBRS Assigns Ratings to LEAF Capital Funding SPE A, LLC Series 2014-A

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has today assigned ratings to the following notes issued by LEAF Capital Funding SPE A, LLC Series 2014-A (the Issuer):

-- The Class A Notes issued in an amount of up to $164,000,000 at AAA (sf)
-- The Class B Notes issued in an amount of up to $9,200,000 at AA (sf)
-- The Class C Notes issued in an amount of up to $9,600,000 at A (sf)
-- The Class D Notes issued in an amount of up to $7,100,000 at BBB (sf)
-- The Class E Notes issued in an amount of up to $1,900,000 at BBB (low) (sf)

Furthermore, DBRS has discontinued the following notes issued by LEAF Capital Funding SPE A, LLC, Equipment Contract Backed Notes, Series 2012-A due to full repayment:

-- Series 2012-A, Class A notes rated AAA (sf)
-- Series 2012-A, Class B notes rated AA (sf)
-- Series 2012-A, Class C notes rated A (sf)
-- Series 2012-A, Class D notes rated BBB (sf)
-- Series 2012-A, Class E-1 notes rated BB (sf)
-- Series 2012-A, Class E-2 notes rated B (low) (sf)

The assets securing the LEAF Capital Funding SPE A, LLC notes consist of a revolving pool of diversified equipment loans and leases. The committed revolving period of the facility expires in December 2017. Guggenheim Securities, LLC serves as Lender and Administrative Agent.
