DBRS Assigns Provisional Ratings to Navient Student Loan Trust 2015-A

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has today assigned provisional ratings to the following classes of notes issued by Navient Student Loan Trust 2015-A:

-- Floating-rate Class A-1 Notes rated AAA (sf)
-- Fixed-rate Class A-2A Notes rated AAA (sf)
-- Floating-rate Class A-2B Notes rated AAA (sf)
-- Floating-rate Class A-3 Notes rated AAA (sf)
-- Fixed-rate Class B Notes rated AA (low) (sf)

The collateral backing the transaction consists of private student loans, which were made and underwritten under various loan programs affiliated with Navient. The private student loans are not guaranteed or reinsured under the Federal Family Education Loan Program, or under any other federal student loan program, or otherwise insured by any private third-party insurance provider.
