DBRS Discontinues the Rating on Residential Mortgage Securities 27 Plc

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) has today discontinued the ratings on the Class A Notes issued by Residential Mortgage Securities 27 Plc due to repayment of the Notes on 14 January 2015. The Class A Notes, previously rated AAA (sf), are now Discontinued-Repaid.

The sources of information used for this rating include investor reports provided by Wells Fargo Bank International (the Standby Cash Bond Administrator) and loan data level provided by Investec (the Cash Bond Administrator). DBRS considers the information available to it for the purposes of providing this rating was of satisfactory quality.

The last rating action on this transaction took place on 3 October 2014, when DBRS confirmed the Class A Notes at AAA (sf).
