DBRS Publishes Updated General Corporate Finance Criteria

DBRS has today published two updated general corporate finance criteria, as follows:

(1) Rating Holding Companies and Their Subsidiaries; and
(2) Preferred Share and Hybrid Criteria for Corporate Issuers.

These two methodologies supersede existing methodologies each published in January 2014 and December 2014, respectively. Changes to these criteria are not substantive and in each case, DBRS has determined that no ratings will change as a result of these updates.
