DBRS Discontinues Ratings on CIT Equipment Collateral 2012-VT1

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has today discontinued all outstanding ratings on the Series 2012-VT1 notes issued by CIT Equipment Collateral 2012-VT1 due to repayment of the notes as follows:

-- Class A-3 previously rated AAA (sf) now Discontinued – Repaid
-- Class B previously rated AAA (sf) now Discontinued – Repaid
-- Class C previously rated AA (sf) now Discontinued – Repaid
-- Class D previously rated A (sf) now Discontinued – Repaid

All other debts in this series were previously discontinued due to repayment.
