DBRS Publishes Updated Public Finance Methodology

DBRS has today published an updated public finance methodology entitled Rating Public-Private Partnerships. This supersedes the methodology of the same title dated September 2014.

While additional clarifying details have been provided, including a discussion of construction contractor limits of liability for less complex projects at the A (low) rating level, changes overall are not substantive and DBRS has determined that no rating changes or rating actions were caused by the publication of this methodology.
