DBRS Publishes Three Updated Public Finance Methodologies

DBRS has today published three updated public finance methodologies as follows:

-- Rating Public Universities;
-- Rating Canadian Provincial Agents of the Crown; and
-- Rating Canadian Public Hospitals.

These updates supersede methodologies previously published in May 2014, with the exception of Rating Public Universities, which was published in June 2014. While certain details have been clarified in these methodologies, changes are not material and DBRS has determined that no ratings have changed as a result of these updates.
