DBRS Maintains Ratings on Hertz Vehicle Financing II LP

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) today confirms that amendments, including the extension of delivery dates for certain financial information, to various amendments to the Hertz Vehicle Financing II LP (the Issuer) program documentation, will not result in a reduction or withdrawal of the following notes.

-- Series 2015-1 Class C Rental Car Asset Backed Notes at BBB (sf)
