DBRS Discontinues Rating on Aggregator of Loans Backed by Assets (ALBA) 2011-RP1 PL

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) has today discontinued its rating on the Class A1 notes issued by Aggregator of Loans Backed by Assets (ALBA) 2011-RP1 PL (the Issuer).

The rating action reflects the payment in full of the Class A1 notes as of the last payment date 18 June 2015.

All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.

The principal methodology applicable is the “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology”. The rating action derives directly from an acknowledgement of fact, and DBRS conducted no analysis. Other methodologies and criteria referenced in this transaction are listed at the end of this press release.

The sources of information used for this rating include Investor Reports provided by Citicorp Trustee Company Limited. DBRS considers the information available to it for the purposes of providing this rating was of satisfactory quality.
