DBRS Assigns Ratings to Saler 12 Limited Notes

DBRS, Inc. has today assigned a rating of AA (sf) to the Notes issued by Saler 12 Limited.

The applicable methodology is Rating Global Structured Finance CDO Restructurings, which can be found on our website under Methodologies. DBRS conducted an additional analysis to account for the first-to-default risk to Saler 12 Limited from the six underlying junior super senior synthetic CDO tranches.
