DBRS Maintains Rating on Senior Certificates Issued by CIT Equipment Trust VFC Series CBK1

DBRS, Inc. has confirmed that amendments to the documentation pertaining to a $750,000,000 Equipment Receivables-Backed Certificates (the Senior Certificates) issued by CIT Equipment Trust VFC Series CBK1, including the extension of the revolving period for the Senior Certificates, will not result in a downgrade or withdrawal of AAA (sf) rating on the above-referenced transaction.

The assets securing the Senior Certificates are a revolving pool of diversified small-ticket equipment-financing contracts. The committed revolving period of the facility expires in July 2017. Barclays Bank PLC serves as Administrative Agent.
