DBRS Inc. (DBRS) has today discontinued all outstanding ratings on the notes issued by 1st Financial Credit Card Master Note Trust II, Series 2011-A, due to repayment of the notes as follows:

-- Series 2011-A, Class A Notes previously rated AAA (sf) now Discontinued – Repaid
-- Series 2011-A, Class B Notes previously rated AA (high) (sf) now Discontinued – Repaid
-- Series 2011-A, Class C Notes previously rated A (high) (sf) now Discontinued – Repaid
-- Series 2011-A, Class D Notes previously rated BBB (high) (sf) now Discontinued – Repaid
