DBRS Discontinues Rating on Cars Alliance Warehouse Italy S.r.l.
AutoDBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) has today discontinued its rating on the Class A notes issued by Cars Alliance Warehouse Italy S.r.l. (the Issuer).
The rating action reflects the payment in full of the Class A notes as of the last payment date, 8 July 2015.
The remaining balance and the rating of the notes before the payment in full were:
-- €271,372,712.34 Class A notes: AAA (sf)

The principal methodology applicable is:
“Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology”.
In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not require the application of the entire principal methodology.

The last rating action on this transaction took place on 20 May 2015, when the rating of the Class A notes was confirmed at AAA (sf).
