DBRS Discontinues Ratings of A10 Securitization 2012-1, LLC

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has today discontinued the ratings of the Senior Fixed Rate Notes and the Senior Subordinated Fixed Rate Notes issued by A10 Securitization 2012-1, LLC (the Trust), as the Trust was terminated with the August 2015 remittance, following the repayment of the remaining loans in the transaction. This concludes DBRS surveillance of this transaction.
