DBRS Finalizes Provisional Ratings of World Financial Network Credit Card Master Note Trust Series 2015-B

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has today finalized its provisional ratings of the following classes issued by World Financial Network Credit Card Master Note Trust Series 2015-B:

-- Class A rated AAA (sf)
-- Class M rated AA (sf)
-- Class B rated A (sf)
-- Class C rated BBB (low) (sf)

Furthermore, DBRS confirms that the issuance of the Series 2015-B will not result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current ratings assigned to the outstanding notes issued under the World Financial Network Credit Card Master Note Trust.
