DBRS Assigns Provisional Rating of “A,” Stable Trend, to Hydro One Brampton Networks Inc.

DBRS Limited has today assigned a provisional Issuer Rating of “A” with a Stable trend to Hydro One Brampton Networks Inc. (the Company). The rating reflects the stability of the Company’s electricity distribution business operating under a transparent and supportive regulatory framework in a strong and growing franchise area. The Company’s financial risk profile is reasonable with key credits metrics that are supportive of the “A” rating.

This rating has been assigned at the request of the Company for regulatory purposes.
