DBRS Publishes Updated Legal Criteria for European Structured Finance Transactions

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) has today published an updated “Legal Criteria for European Structured Finance Transactions.”

The criteria is being published pursuant to DBRS’s period review of methodologies and criteria. It includes a discussion of the Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive. The criteria is effective as of the date of this press release and supersedes any previously available criteria.

DBRS does not deem the criteria updates to be material and will not take any rating actions on outstanding ratings as a result of these updates.
