National Scale Credit Ratings

The Morningstar DBRS National Scale Credit Ratings (“National Scale”) is used in a country to rate domestic issuances against their industry peer group in the same country. The National Scale contains a long-term scale and a short-term scale for credit ratings. It should be read in conjunction with all other applicable policies and procedures that Morningstar DBRS has related to ratings.
