October 21, 2015

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) has today discontinued its ratings on the Class A and Class B Notes (together, the Notes) issued by Multi-Compartment S.A. acting for and on behalf of its Compartment VCL 17 (VCL 17) due to repayment of the Notes on 21 October 2015. Class A and Class B, previously rated AAA (sf) and AA (sf), respectively, are now Discontinued-Repaid.

Notes:
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.

The principal methodology applicable is the “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology”.

In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not require the application of the entire principal methodology.
