DBRS Discontinues Ratings on Oceanarium Master Issuer B.V.
RMBSDBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) has today discontinued its ratings on the Class A, Class B, Class C and Class D Notes (together, the Notes) issued by Oceanarium Master Issuer B.V. due to repayment of the Notes on 28 October 2015. Class A, Class B, Class C and Class D, previously rated AAA (sf), AA (sf), A (sf) and BBB (sf), respectively, are now Discontinued-Repaid.

All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.
The principal methodology applicable is the “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology”.
In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not require the application of the entire principal methodology.
