DBRS Confirms SoFi Professional Loan Program 2014-B Transaction

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has today confirmed the two outstanding classes of SoFi Professional Loan Program 2014-B LLC at their current rating levels of AA (low) (sf). The confirmation reflects that collateral performance trends are such that credit enhancement levels are sufficient to cover DBRS’s expected losses at their current respective rating levels, the structure of the transaction remains consistent with current rating levels, applicable triggers are within their respective thresholds and the parties relevant to the transaction remain capable of performing their respective duties.
