DBRS Discontinues Ratings on Devon Energy Corporation and Devon Finance Corporation

DBRS Limited (DBRS) has today discontinued the Issuer Rating, as well as the Senior Unsecured Debt and Commercial Paper ratings, of Devon Energy Corporation. DBRS has also discontinued the Senior Unsecured Debt rating of Devon Finance Corporation. The ratings are being discontinued at the request of the two companies. DBRS notes that the discontinuation is unrelated to the credit risk profiles of the two entities.
