DBRS Updates Transaction Summary #27 in Plaza Trust

As part of its ongoing efforts to increase the transparency of reporting on asset-backed commercial paper (ABCP) conduit activity, DBRS Limited has today released an updated Transaction Summary report providing details of Transaction #27 in Plaza Trust, which consists of a portfolio of short-term, non-interest-bearing trade receivables arising from the day-to-day operations of the Seller. The changes to the report reflect a reduction in the transaction size and certain amendments made to the underlying transaction resulting in a change to the transaction assessment from AA to AAA.
