DBRS Discontinues All Classes of COMM 2012-MVP Mortgage Trust

DBRS Limited (DBRS) has today discontinued the ratings on Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2012-MVP issued by COMM 2012-MVP Mortgage Trust, as the Trust was terminated with the December 2015 remittance, following the repayment of the underlying loans in the transaction. This concludes DBRS’s surveillance of this transaction.
