DBRS Confirms R-1 (middle) Rating on White Point Funding, Inc.’s Commercial Paper

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has today confirmed the rating of R-1 (middle) (sf) on the 4(2) Commercial Paper (CP) to be issued by White Point Funding, Inc. (WP Funding or Conduit), sponsored by the Royal Bank of Canada. As of today, the Conduit remains in place; however, there is currently no outstanding CP nor new CP being issued.

The provisions of the Conduit set forth prior review of all new transactions by DBRS before the transactions are funded in the Conduit.

The sources of information used for this rating include parties involved in the rating, including, but not limited to, the Royal Bank of Canada. DBRS considers the information available to it for the purposes of providing this rating to be satisfactory.
