DBRS Correction: Hana SPV I, LLC Press Release

In the DBRS, Inc. press release entitled, “DBRS Finalizes Ratings on Hana Financial SPV I, LLC” published on June 24, 2015, the following rating actions were not included:

-- Class A-1 ABL rated BBB (sf), now Discontinued – Repaid
-- Class A-2A ABL rated BBB (sf), now Discontinued – Repaid
-- Class A-2B ABL rated BBB (sf), now Discontinued – Repaid

The above three classes were replaced by and repaid pursuant to newly issued notes as part of a restructuring of the facility. The performance of the facility was within expectations at the time of the restructuring.
