DBRS Discontinues Issuer Rating of Vermilion Energy Inc.

DBRS Limited (DBRS) has today discontinued the Issuer Rating of Vermilion Energy Inc. (the Company). The rating is being discontinued at the request of the Company. Previously, the Issuer Rating was BB (low) with a Negative Trend. DBRS discontinued the Company’s Unsecured Notes rating on February 11, 2016, reflecting full repayment of the notes on February 10, 2016. DBRS notes that today’s discontinuation is unrelated to the credit risk profile of the Company.
