DBRS Confirms SURE Trust at R-1 (high) (sf)

DBRS Limited (DBRS) has today confirmed the Senior Short Term Notes, Series 2015-1 of SURE Trust (the Trust) at R-1 (high) (sf). The rating confirmation is pursuant to the inclusion of a new transaction (Transaction 67) to the Trust on June 29, 2016.

As part of DBRS’s ongoing efforts to increase the transparency of reporting asset-backed commercial paper (ABCP) conduit activity, DBRS has also released a transaction summary report providing details of Transaction 67, which consists of a portfolio of (1) conventional and insured residential mortgages and (2) National Housing Act Mortgage-Backed Securities respectively originated and issued by a large mortgage finance company operating in Canada.
