DBRS Discontinues Rating on Class A Notes Issued by Banc of America Funding 2012-R4 Trust

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) has today discontinued its rating on the Class A Notes issued by Banc of America Funding 2012-R4 Trust, pursuant to the Indenture dated May 24, 2012 (the Indenture). The rating action reflects a payment in full of the outstanding Class A Notes.
