DBRS Updates 2016 Calendar for EU Sovereign Rating Reports

DBRS has updated its 2016 calendar for sovereign credit rating reports. For the Republic of Italy, there will be no additional rating report published on the 16th September 2016, due to the 5th August 2016 publication by DBRS of the decision to place the Republic of Italy’s A (low) long-term foreign and local currency issuer ratings Under Review with Negative Implications. DBRS expects to conclude this review in coming months.

The publication calendar will include sovereign credit rating reports on the Slovak Republic scheduled for the 21st October 2016 and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on the 23rd December 2016.

All DBRS ratings are subject to European Union (EU) regulations for credit rating agencies (CRAs). In accordance with the regulation, these credit ratings must be reviewed at least every six months and publication must fall on a Friday after 5:00p.m., Greenwich Mean Time. Deviation from this publication calendar for sovereign ratings or related rating reports will occur only when necessary.
